You will be responsible for all financials relating to our TomTom.com and Mobile App businesses within the Consumer business unit. Alongside this you will assume controlling responsibility for the central OPEX functions of Marketing, Customer Care and Supply Chain. Finally, you will coordinate the Consumer Finance team during all planning and reporting cycles in an FP&A capacity.

What youll do
Forecasting / Planning: You will lead the detailed planning and creation of financial forecasts obtaining only review and sign off from senior team members. You will proactively challenge the business input you receive and be able to quantify risks and opportunities. Forecasting/Planning covers volume, revenue, margin and OPEX. You will play a coordination role with the rest of the Consumer Finance team to ensure planning, consolidation and reporting are completed on time in full;
Financial / Variance analysis: You will work with Financial Analysts in the team to complete detailed analysis and summarize it into concise and insightful commentary. Working with senior team members and the business you will drive behavior with your insight;
Performance Management / Management Reporting: You will prepare monthly management accounts illustrating the performance of the Consumer Business Unit to senior management. You will set commercial targets and KPIs for sales teams and appraise their actual performance against those targets in an accurate, timely and fair manner;
Capital Expenditure / Investment Evaluation: You will play a key role in supporting the whole team with project based work, focused mainly on investment appraisal, scenario analysis and business cases;
Risk and Control Management: You will play a key role in establishing appropriate controls to mitigate risk in your areas of responsibility. A strong personality is needed to steer the business appropriately in the areas of Revenue, Margin and Cost Control.
What youll need
>5 years experience in a Controlling or Analysis role;
Big 4 and/or FMCG experience;
Digital / Online / Mobile App experience is a major plus;
Masters degree in Finance or Accounting (or professional equivalent);
Fluent in English (verbal and written);
Clear communicator able to effectively work with Financial and non-Financial stakeholders;
Attention to detail with a passion for quality;
Business / Commercial acumen;
