In this role, you have the opportunity to
As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for providing insights and analytics for specific cost reduction topics, in particular Marketing spend, including Advertising & Promotion costs. On top, project management support will be asked.
You are responsible for
Provide insights & analytics on the relevant cost items, on a regular basis, or ad hoc
Provide program and project management with regular performance status, variances to plan, and interpret and analyze program reports, suggesting necessary actions where appropriate
Support building business cases, reports and business cases
Engage and support stakeholders with reports and ad-hoc request pursuant to the program
Perform regular support activities, such as actions status, reviews, tracking, etc.
Apply project management methodology, best practices and standards
Deliver communications support to the program

To support this journey we have set up a central Productivity Team at the heart of our organization uniting program management, senior leadership, analytics, cost category owners and the business to help the Philips organization deliver its Productivity ambitions.
This position will directly report to the Program Management Lead. You will be part of a global team of highly talented professionals, working on shaping the future of Philips.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
have recently graduated or will graduate latest October 2018 with a Masters Degree in the directions of Business Administration, Business economics, Finance or Accounting. You have less than 1 year of work experience straight after your graduation;
have excellent inter-personal and communication skills, so you can persuade colleagues at all ranks in the organization;
have international experience or an international mindset and the ability to use internal and external resources to maximize the value for the company and its customers;
speak and write fluent English;
High level of energy with a positive attitude
Can do mentality
