We are currently searching for an Assistant Controller to join our team in Nijmegen. This role will be in our F&A (Finance & Accounting) organization within the wafer fab ICN8 located in Nijmegen. ICN8 is the largest chip manufacturing plant in Europe where we work with 700 colleagues on 500K+ wafers per year. In this role you support the controller in monitoring and controlling the forecasting and reporting processes for the fab as well as ensuring that our financial processes are in compliance with NXP policies and directives and local law and requirements.
Assistant controller within local F&A:
Support in month end closure activities
Support in quarterly forecast activities
Create and analyses management information reports
Tracking of savings and linking pin to cost coordinators

WHO ARE WE
The local F&A team (2 FTE based in Nijmegen) is not only responsible for proper reporting of the financial results of ICN8, but more important a key partner for management. Partner in taking investment decisions, monitoring cost control and ensuring targets are achieved. This means working intensively will all various departments within ICN8 and outside, like our customers, the business lines, head office and peers at other fabs.

To be successful in this role you have:
Masters degree in Business Economics, Financial Reporting or other relevant field
0-2 years of relevant experience
Pro-active nature with a hands-on mentality
Experience or affinity with (Excel) modeling
Experience with SAP is a pre
Good data-analytical skills is a pre
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
Eagerness and are willing to learn.
