In our EMEA office, we have an open position for an account manager Horticulture. In this job, you get the opportunity to experience the diversity and dynamics of the Horticulture market. The EMEA office consists of several teams, such as sales and technical support. The office is responsible for our commercial activities in the regions of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
What are you going to do?
Your account focuses on part of Europe, Middle-East or Africa (depending on your experience, interest and skills), working with both partners, advisors and end-users. You have a great determination to achieve commercial results in the horticulture and indoor growing market. That contains also finding new partners to build long-lasting relationships with. You get excited about values such as sustainability and social responsibility, and this enthusiasm shows and inspires your customers and colleagues every day.
You will be part of an international team and report to the General Manager EMEA. The Branch Office consists of the departments Sales, Back Office and Technical Support.
Who are you?
You are eager and motivated, you feel at ease with Privas mission and business, you are confident and a real go-getter. You have a solid personality and you can think out-of-the-box and still be realistic. Building and maintaining relationships is in your blood. With your communication skills and a bit of humor, you know how to carry out your own strategy on a daily base.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Commerce (affinity with horticulture, indoor growing is a plus);
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience within a B2B environment;
You live in Europe;
You have experience with selling technical solutions;
You have excellent knowledge of the English language (speaking and writing); good knowledge of any other language is a plus;
You have very good communication skills, are independent, results-orientated, have good negotiation skills, and you are able to monitor progress and set goals.
