Shally joins Adidas Group in June 2012, where she is excited to drive the multiple sub-brands online for commercial success. Prior to Adidas, she worked at TomTom for 5 years, where she experienced in various online marketing and product mgmt roles to build up a solid and unique business skill set. Before TomTom, she worked for Intel EMEA headquarters at retail marketing.
In her spare time, Shally is a talented writer and her first book has been published in 2009 in China and distributed by national-wide bookstore chain.

Marieke van der Spek:
Over the last 22 years she worked as HR business partner within international companies like Cirque du Soleil, Yves Rocher, Danone and the adidas Group in Europe and Asia.
During her work as HR business partner she was able to successfully coach people and she really enjoyed it. In 2017 she started the international CTI training for Co-active coaching and in 2018 she decided to start her own business. In her work she focuses on individual coaching and team development.
She has worked with talented people on all different levels mainly in corporate companies with fast growing commercial teams (f.e. ecommerce). She has seen that both teams and individuals were challenged to connect to their energy and strengths.
Her role is to help people in their journey to find their passion, get the best out of themselves and let go of elements that are not serving them. In case of team development, she will focus on what can be done to strengthen team dynamics and increase the team performance. Each coaching or team development program is tailored to the circumstances.
