This role is responsible for documentation as well as support of projects for our regional Geo Leads and the Programs, Analysis, and Innovations [PAI] team. Also, a distinguishing aspect of this role will be project coordination and documentation of key data and initiatives that maintain global uniformity of practices required to meet the fast-paced needs of the business. Focuses include associated deliverables for reporting and analysis, metrics and operational efficiencies, as well as enhancing communications and supporting information dissemination for the PAI Workplace team.
This role will directly report into the Geo Lead of the region and ‘dot’ into the PAI Operations Manager of Global Places and be part of our Global People & Places Organization. This role is unique in that 80% of the role primarily aligns with the goals, processes and deliverables of the PAI team, while focusing regionally in alignment with each respective Geo Leads’ particular needs and requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support Geo Leads with ad-hoc regional projects.
Support PAI team by helping to maintain data integrity for Find. Build. Run. Managers.
Ensure project data is well documented and uploaded into cloud based or other platforms.
Stay up to date on current global reporting and processes.
Manage payment process in coordination with Find.Build.Run Managers (purchase orders, invoices, etc) ensuring for accuracy and compliance.
Produce project deliverables for communications both internally and externally to business stakeholders and partners.
Interact with Third Party Project Managers holding them accountable for deliverables.
Data cleanup as required on an ad hoc basis.
Help FBR Managers with Third Party PM KPI regulation during project execution.
Streamline activities and establish synergies to heighten team efficiency while negotiating all-encompassing Workplace processes.
Coordinate with Workplace Coordinators in other regions to establish sharing of best practices.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
3+ years’ experience in real estate, project management and facilities roles.
Enthusiasm for data integrity, solving problems and implementing creative solutions.
Ability to manage challenges in a constantly changing fast-paced environment.
Great communications skills and attention to detail and data accuracy.
