We are looking for an experienced and energetic Corporate Recruiter who is the owner of the recruitment process and he/she will make sure that we will hire in time the best and brightest talent to ensure that Staples Solutions will continue to grow and outpace our competition.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including: posting, sourcing, prescreening, assessment, interview, selection, offer and finalizing the contract with internal and external candidates.
You will be supporting all the corporate functions and channels in the Netherlands. The purpose is to attract and select the best world class professionals to support Staples Solutions business needs of the region from entry level to professional/management positions. You will manage a high volume of new hires yearly.
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team which consists of top-level professionals with wide-ranging backgrounds, nationalities and competencies. You will be part of a team where your voice is heard, your skills appreciated and your learning supported. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead Benelux.
Manage full cycle recruitment for different roles across all functions while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Serve as a TA subject matter expert (recruiting and comprehensive sourcing strategy; system and tools; processes, and policies) and main point of contact for recruitment.
Partner with hiring managers to identify qualified candidates, seek feedback, and make hiring recommendations.
Negotiate job offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management and other stakeholders as necessary.
Act as a consultant to business leaders; educating hiring managers on TA process.
Taking a proactive approach building pipeline of candidates for critical roles.
Provide timely updates to hiring managers or function/business with information regarding market place, obstacles, and seek solutions in partnership with hiring managers.
Make recommendations to improve established processes; proactively seek new ideas.
Use reporting tools (such as Excel and Taleo) to leverage metrics and data to drive results and achieve company objectives.
You are a professional Recruiter with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in full cycle recruitment. You have a Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Human Resources or a related field. You know how to deal with a high volume of searches, working closely together with HR and using competency based interviewing methodology. You have effective technical sourcing skills and proven experience of using a variety of sourcing approaches to build a pipeline of quality candidates. You are able to deliver practical recruitment solutions that are aligned to the business strategy and have experience with effectively managing various stakeholders. Furthermore you are proactive and a strong communicator in Dutch and English (verbal and written). Finally, your MS office skills are excellent and you are familiar working with ATS systems (preferably Taleo).
