Job Description Manage a team of software integrators, testers, configuration engineers (typical team size is between 3 to 6 people)
Deliver an integration and test plan in line with an overall release plan including phase transitions with the required and agreed content.
Contribute to an ever evolving integration way of working
Deliver your part of the software integration and test plan needed for efficient Integration of a diverse set of software related changes within a landscape of several running software releases.
Lead and participate in review sessions of business requirements, technical requirements and design documents to ensure the software changes are understood and allow for solid traceability
Create and review test estimates with project managers and provide continuous updates on the state of testing and risk factors to schedules
Work closely with other team members in the development, execution and tracking of corrective action plans that drive improved compliance, continuous improvement and increased performance and efficiency
Education Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
Experience Minimum 10 years of hands-on test automation and preferably 4+ years in team coordination
Solid understanding of the software concepts and delivery lifecycle
Demonstrable experience in team coordination as well as escalation management
Understanding of Agile/Scrum best practices

Context of the position Within ASML, the sector Development & Engineering (D&E) is responsible for the specification, design and engineering of the ASML products. Within D&E, the Software Cluster is concerned with the design, development, testing and integration of the complete software package which drives a generation of ASML products, within the SW Cluster, the department Software Architecture and Integration (SWAI) is responsible for the test, integration and releasing of newly developed software.
