Within the European Ecommerce team of Crocs we are looking to expand our Digital Marketing capabilities to increase our online presence, especially through PPC advertising. This role requires at least two years of strong hands−on experience within Paid Search, and a very good knowledge of Google AdWords and AdWords Editor platforms. The candidate should be result−oriented and flexible, eager to learn new skills and not afraid of “making the hands dirty”.
As a SEA Specialist you will be responsible of the planning and execution of Crocs Europe Paid Search (including Google Shopping) and Remarketing campaigns at the highest quality. You will be closely working with the Online Marketing Manager, contributing to shape the European strategy and the success of Crocs.
Qualified candidates should possess an analytical and data driven mindset to optimize campaigns based on performance and to identify opportunities analyzing marketing data and market trend information. Additionally, candidates should possess strong entrepreneurial initiative coupled with relentless organizational skills that drive successful processes and drive business growth.
Major Responsibilities Include:
Execute and optimize Search Advertising campaigns (PPC and PLAs) on Google and Bing and Remarketing campaigns;
Evaluating the marketing campaigns for their effectiveness and ROI together with finding opportunities to constantly optimize for reaching the set KPI targets;
Supporting the Online Marketing Manager for building the digital strategy;
Work closely to CRM Manager and SEO specialists to leverage our omni−channel marketing approach;
Managing the Paid Search budget to ensure an optimal allocation by market to achieve revenue targets;
Working together with key members from different departments, like merchandising and marketing, and the US Digital Marketing team;
Work closely with external partners and vendors, from marketing agencies to Google;
Keep your knowledge up to date with the latest industry trends and new features;

Experience and competencies:
2+ years of proven Search Engine Advertising experience building up and managing campaigns across Google, Bing and Yahoo, including Shopping campaigns;
Good understanding of Display Remarketing and Criteo platform;
At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Informatics or related field of study;
Analytical mindset, good with numbers and capable to create forecasts on how to optimize the available marketing budget within different markets and in line with the business goals/KPIs;
Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Google AdWords and AdWords Editor, Google Analytics, Omniture Site catalyst, A/B testing and keywords analysis for driving campaign design and successful roll−out;
Proven ability in manually optimizing and effectively expanding large Paid Search accounts. The knowledge of bid management tools and AdWords spreadsheets is a plus;
Innovative, flexible, and creative problem−solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize multiple projects;
Detailed planning balanced by flawless execution;
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. The knowledge of additional European languages is a plus;
Up−to−date with the latest trends and best practices in the digital landscape.
