You, as a Plant EIA Engineering Coordinator will have to identify, develop, promote and implement Capital Project Management Best Practices in all Cargill Business Unit’s that serve to maximize return on investment and consistently deliver on promises.
The main purpose of this position within ESE Engineering is to ensure that all base and non-base projects in the plant are prepared and executed as optimal as possible concerning EIA-aspects regarding their technical solutions, their investments, their resources in collaboration with other technical departments by taking into account all relevant Cargill rules and local regulations. You will report directly to the Plant Engineering Manager / Project Manager.
Provide EIA engineering resources for the local organization in all relevant EIA engineering issues accordingly to priorities set by the Plant Manager, the Plant Engineering Manager and the European EIA Manager.
Responsible for the preparation and execution of local base projects concerning EIA issues.
Together with the Plant engineering manager, to provide EIA engineering support for all non-base projects.
Manage the performance of all Plant EIA engineering activities.
Ensure that the Plant EIA engineering working in line with EHS, QA policies, EIA-, Engineering Best Practices, operations and local legislation.
Ensure that the Cargill best practices, policies and guidelines will be up to date with lessons learned and experiences from the project.
Contribute at the set-up and development of the EIA-master plan.
Training and Development of talents to ensure that the European and Plant EIA engineering organization is fit for propose now and in future.
Selection, hiring and supervision of contractors in the EIA fields in coordination with the central engineering officer in BoZ.
Share of knowledge within local and/or European peer groups.
Decision-making responsibility, manage, and coordinate supplier relationship.

Ensure the implementation of health, safety and other corporate and local policies of all employees.
Approval of technical requisitions above certain level.
Manage and coordinate supplier relationship.
Legal & regulatory constraints affecting the nature of the processes.
Environmental legislation & guidance on process emissions & environmental impact.
Specific location constraints for manufacturing operations.
Availability of capital and lack of appropriate EIA-contractors and resources when needed.
Flexible working hours and willingness to cope with travel across the locations.
Able to communicate effectively cross –culturally.
Master degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Automation Engineering.
Several years’ experience as EIA project engineer.
Experience with Industrial automation, electrical, instrumentation and the design of such installations.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Fluent English (both verbal and in writing).
Willing to work in an international environment as well as in a multifunctional organisation.
