The Irdeto Sales and Services team is a highly skilled and dynamic team responsible for selling and deploying cutting edge technology in the areas of Content Protection for Media (Broadcast and OTT), Watermarking, 4K, and Media / Studio Cyber Security. Our customers are Tier 1 operators in the MSO, Content owner and Content distributor spaces.
is overall responsible for the successful execution of professional services projects for new and existing customers, and to provide pre-sales support for proof of concepts and customer trials.The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced high energy environment, is proactive and passionate about delivering world-class deployment and support services to customers; and will work closely with Service Units, Market Units and key stakeholders within Irdeto, our partners and external vendors to deliver on time, within agreed budgets and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Central point of contact for T1 and multiple customer engagements. Manage the customer relationship throughout the project execution phase and up to handover to Managed Service and Customer Support.
Establish customer deployment cross functional teams from different Irdeto departments and with external vendors and partners participating in the project.
Closely collaborate with the relevant Irdeto Sales representatives and manage both customer and internal project stakeholder expectations.
Ensure project and solution requirements are clear, agree the project objectives, deliverable and timelines and monitor project team and sub-contractors to ensure these are maintained.
Ensure project boundaries are clearly defined enabling costs to be estimated and contained through effective execution and change management.
Negotiate project resources, priorities and schedules with customers and Irdeto stakeholders.
Produce and maintain up to date, high quality project documentation such as Statements of Work, Project Plans, Change Orders and other customer facing documents.
Negotiate the resolution of problems with and between Irdeto key stakeholders, external partners and the customer while maintaining good relationships and ensuring on time delivery.
Maintain project issues and risk registers, and produce regular progress reports for Irdeto internal and external C-level and technical/operational audiences.
Responsible for the overall project financials, oversee the accounting, costing and billing and time booked against your projects.
Support Sales in pre-sales activities to win new deals, shape the SOW and provide cost estimates for new deployments and proof of concepts / customer trials.
Remain up to date of Irdeto product, solutions, services and the related roadmaps.
Work according to established ISO and ITIL processes and guidelines, adhere to documentation and quality standards, and support the Irdeto software development and release process as applicable.
Knowledge & Skill requirements:
Professional with experience in project / program management, solution delivery and relationship management.
University degree or equivalent education in a related technical, business or commercial field.
5+ years of relevant experience in deploying mission critical systems in complex software, services and solution B2B environments.
Certified or experienced in project management methodologies such as Prince 2 or PMP.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and delivering to tight timelines.
Good technical understanding and able to influence complex technology decision making.
Commercial understanding, experienced in managing project budgets and running multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum would be beneficial and experience and knowledge in information security is desirable.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills and good presentation skills.
