About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own our content marketing distribution across EMEA, across multiple platforms (Facebook, Outbrain, Taboola, Native Programmatic) and with multiple business goals (User Acquisition, Engagement, Branding).
As a key member of the EMEA Uber Eats Performance Marketing team, you will be tasked with building the strategy, tools and measurement frameworks that will inspire exceptional paid content distribution across ~14 EMEA countries in partnership with other marketing teams and country teams.

What You’ll Do
Develop, launch and track content distribution campaigns across EMEA, with ambitious goals across every funnel step (branding, user acquisition, re-engagement). Work closely with the media planning and social media & content team to develop scalable processes to ingest, test, and inform content marketing campaigns. Partner with ad-tech and analytics to develop new ways to improve the tracking and reporting infrastructure of our content distribution efforts. Collaborate with the the different performance marketing teams (EMEA Ridesharing and global teams) to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing while pushing the boundaries of content distribution. Work with ad-tech and other stakeholders to improve our automation stack so to constantly improve performance while reducing manual work. Identify, test, and scale new effective channels to increase the reach of our content distribution.
What You’ll Need
At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on content distribution and branding. A data driven and analytical mindset, and the ability to constantly be running tests and making optimizations while exploring new opportunities through data. Experience in at least one of this two channels: Facebook Ads (via FMPs) or Programmatic Display (Doubleclick Bid Manager). Experience measuring content marketing campaigns via a multitude of tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, MMPs). Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and always evolving environment. Passion for the digital marketing industry and always up to date about latest trends and technologies. You are strategic, driven and can execute multiple projects while managing the expectations of several stakeholder groups to meet deadlines you determine.
Bonus Points If
Experience in automation, tracking, and measurement. Experience executing large integrated brand campaigns.
