In the close interaction between people, equipment and systems, our IT department plays a key role. IT is the backbone of the terminal, ensuring a maximal performance of systems and a smooth and timely exchange of data required to support, run and optimize a fully automated terminal. With a strong commitment to the day-to-day operation and a focus on the future, our IT department sets the standard for both APMT and the sector.
To make sure we remain one step ahead at all times, we are currently looking for an IT Test Manager.
As IT Process Coordinator you will be responsible for the daily performance of relevant ITIL processes, focusing primarily on incident, problem and change management processes. Utilizing your specialist knowledge and experience you will help to lift management of IT systems to a higher level and increase the quality of IT production systems.
In this role you will be part of the IT Office group, a group of broader skilled IT consultants each with their own specialization but the expertise and capability to take on a wider range of projects and tasks at the terminal. You will reside under the Senior Manager IT.

Key Responsibilities • Define, organize and manage all activities relating to the testing process: strategy, planning, execution, quality control, monitoring and reporting on errors found;
Prepare and execute test cycles of new releases of applications, including coordination, monitoring progress and outcomes and giving follow-up on findings;
Functional management of the test laboratory, including the planning of daily testing;
Simultaneously manage around 10 test environments and ensure the availability of the correct releases of applications of different environments;
Plan daily testing in the test lab;
Manage testing (or other related) projects;
Continuously improve the test process, both on IT and business side;
Lead the implementation of changes to test environments and test toolset.
Who we are looking for You have:
a bachelor degree (ideally IT and / or technically oriented);
a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a (technical) IT environment;
up to date knowledge of, and experience with the latest testing concepts;
hands on experience with the use of test tools and the management of testing cycles.
a professional, willing to share knowledge and information to raise the level of understanding and commitment within the organization;
proactive and well-organized, able to manage the resources required to deliver high quality outcomes on time, within budget;
ambitious, continuously looking for opportunities to improve existing concepts, processes and views;
accurate in the execution of administration;
fluent in Dutch and English, both in word and in writing.
