In this role, you have the opportunity to
Play a key function in the World Economic Forum (WEF) Davos project team. The WEF partnership is a dynamic one within Philips and is managed by the Global Public Affairs team. The partnership enables Philips to position itself as a technology leader in Health & Sustainability, gain new insights of relevance for future strategic directions and create new business opportunities that can lead to sales
You are responsible for
Aligning with all Philips Markets, Businesses and Functions to seek opportunities to grow business with government, NGOs (Non-governmental organization) and companies
Assisting in managing the bilateral meeting process
Keeping track and ensuring briefings for the Philips Delegation, consisting of Members of the Executive Committee, are collected and checked
Participating drafting the personalised Briefing Books for the Philips Delegation
Supporting the overall WEF project administration
You are a part of
You will support the WEF project team, consisting of senior managers from Government and Public Affairs, Communications, and Digital.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Minimum Bachelor in Political Sciences, International Relations, Communications or related fields
Experienced with Microsoft Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Must be detail orientated and possess exceptional communication skills
Willingness and ability to learn and grow
High proficiency of English is require
