Internship: Communication & Marketing Excellence Management (suitable for Bachelor Thesis)
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Show your operational skills in a highly energetic and innovative environment. You will be given responsibilities from day 1 to support the operational team in Marketing Excellence capability team. The team consist of different coaches who are responsible for marketing related training programs.
You are responsible for
Support Marketing excellence coaches in organizing global (online) trainings
Support the learning specialist with operational tasks, communication and engagement.
Develop learning tools to support on the job learning (wiki, e learning, run books, coaching guides etc.)
Search for innovative ways to improve the process of delivering trainings
You are a part of
You will work among learning specialists and coaches within the Marketing Excellence capability team located in Amsterdam. Our goals is to create and support the development of employees in Philips and build capabilities to further grow their potential. The program within the sector that you will be working on is the Value Proposition Creation (VPC). This is a new method to create superior value propositions. It is based on the principles of co-create and uses the best of
21st century methods like design thinking, lean, and agile. It’s a method that is suited to create any type of proposition, including connected, digital and service propositions. With support from Subject Matter experts, you will help to create and organize innovative learning solutions for employees to embed the Value Proposition Creation in the DNA of our employees.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Currently studying towards your Bachelor (both universities as applied sciences) in Marketing Communication or Communiction
Affinity with Human Resource Development and workplace learning
Innovative mindset, curious and able to work in a team as well as independent
Have attention to detail, know how to set priorities
Strong interpersonal skills; able to easily connect with people of different cultures and translate complex topics in easy, understandable language
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Hands-on professional with attention to detail
Team player with ability to work in a matrix organization structure

This internship assignment could be suitable to do your thesis but that is not mandatory Duration: minimum of 6 months, ideally 9 months.
