Our HR department supports our growth and transition into a retail minded organization. While continuously improving recruitment, organizational and talent development and other hr matters we make sure our people are well equipped to be successful and love their jobs.
We are looking for a human resources intern with strong affinity and ambition for talent acquisition and employer branding. This is a working internship for 40 hours a week. There is room for a research assignment within the topics mentioned below, but we expect you to be hands-on for at least 90% of your time. The minimum length of this internship is 6 months.
Duties and responsibilities
In this challenging learning on the job internship you will use your excitement and curiosity for everything Recruitment to focus on continuously improving our:
Selection and selection methods
Recruitment related training and development
use of Recruitment Marketing Tools and Social Media
By using your analytical skills you will actively advise the Recruiter on how each of the topics above can be improved. Also, you will be part of the solution as you help to bring each and everyone of them to the next level.
You will learn everything there is to know about recruitment as you daily support in it’s full cycle process. Therefore we are looking for a pro-active, energetic and driven intern who wants to learn by doing. And who wants to help to better expose our amazing working culture to the right target group.
You are a human resources (related) HBO/WO student and you specifically want to develop yourself in the Recruitment & Employer Branding field.
You are fluent in English and you possess high organizational skills with great attention to details.
Within your study you have started to develop a picture of how to best attract and match the right candidates for an organization. Also you have a specific ambition for working in a Denim minded company like G-STAR. That also means being excited about the challenges of today’s retail industry.
Preferably you have experience within the Retail, Fashion or Lifestyle Industry.
Please be aware that you have to be registered as a student at college/University.
