Inbound Marketer / Growth Hacker
inSided is looking for an inbound marketer / growth hacker who will help us to continue our fast growth in Europe and the US. You will be part of the Marketing team at inSided HQ, where you will be responsible for fast forwarding our inbound and outbound marketing channels, leveraging your experience, analytic skills, creativity and track record in marketing and data analysis.
Responsibilities of an Inbound Marketer / Growth Hacker
Identifing and optimizing growth channels
Bringing effective and creative ideas on how to grow inbound marketing using social, organic, paid, referral, etc.
Implementing and A/B testing those ideas
Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with key stakeholders in order to present results and increase the effectiveness of our sales and marketing process
Scaling and automating growth processes
Data analysis on target markets to establish market insights and account lists
Setting up advanced analytics & reporting – ensuring KPIs and a path to growth
Desired skills and expertise of an Inbound Marketer / Growth Hacker
Being obsessed with results and company growth
At least 4 years of experience at a simular position in a fast growing tech/ SaaS company with a proven track record
Being a true data geek with a clear understanding of data & analytics and relevant experience with A/B testing, data analysis and reporting tools
A deep understanding of user behavior, referral marketing and creating viral growth
Excellent content marketing and copywriting skills
Proven experience with both inbound and outbound marketing
Proven experience with 3rd party data sources for markets, accounts and contacts, and being able to leverage these for analysis and account mapping
Being curious and creative
