In your role as HR assistant you will be supporting the Lead People Operations. It requires a high degree of discretion and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information. You will act as the center of the backbone of the HR organization. We are a young company and growing fast (1,5 year 0-60 employees) therefore structure, flexibility and execution power must be words that resonate with you.
Zamro is looking for an assertive, proactive and organized HR assistant to make sure the People Operations department is in control and flawless.
With your drive, and sharp observations you will ensure the department delivers, is reliable and creates trust. You are an ambassador for Zamro values (trust, customer centricity, make things happen, accountable, keep it simple).

Primary responsibilities:You will be needed and have responsibilities in the areas of:
HR admin, Payroll, On-boarding, Performance Management, Facilities, Events.
In general we need you to:
Assist with day to day operations of the HR/facilities functions and duties
Maintain employee trust and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Provide assistance and administrative support to Lead People Operations
Compile and update audit proof employee records (hard and soft copies)
Deal with employee questions regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data to payroll company ABP (mutations, absences, leaves, etc)
Check and complete on-boarding checklist for leavers and joiners (personal record form, IT, LB form)
Prepare official documentation (contracts , letters)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects ( training, surveys, meet ups etc) Communicate with Millenaar for secondary benefit administration and questions
Communicate with Loket.nl for questions related to leave, and pay
Maintain the People Operations Handbooks
Maintain high quality service by following organization standards
