In this challenging role as Business Analyst Trademark Licensing within Philips Lighting you will be responsible for the design, implementation and execution of the process to report Trademark royalties. You will report to the IP counseling manager and Controller Intellectual Property.
As business analyst you will have a central role to connect the IP community, master data team, product managers, finance and process experts in all Philips Lighting Business Groups to ensure correct and complete product and sales data.
You will need good communication skills to interact with different levels in the organization. In this role a deep understanding of SAP, VIPP and all local used product master data and finance systems is required. Therefore it is needed to work together with local entities and at the same understand how all data consolidates into the central databases.
Any best practices of this process design might be leveraged to other license reporting activities within Philips Lighting
As a business analyst, your main responsibilities will be:
Design, implementation and execution of the Trademark royalty reporting process
Instruct data management team, product managers, finance and any other relevant stakeholders
Check data quality and deploy corrective measures
As a Business Analyst Trademark Licensing you will be joining Philips Lighting Intellectual Property and be closely connected to the Finance community. You will become part of an international department of Finance and IP professionals with wide−ranging backgrounds and IP experience, gained both inside and outside Philips. We are looking for
Bachelor/Master degree in F&A, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
Good understanding of F&A processes and tools
Pragmatic and hands−on approach
Good communication skills
Advanced Excel skills
SAP and VIPP knowledge is a pre
