The Search Team Consultant is responsible for the direct sourcing and pre-screening of qualified professionals with the ultimate goal of developing and maintaining a diversified team of candidates available for placement in open Dell EMC positions.
The primary components of this role are outlined below.
Delivering a first class service to the Business and local Talent Acquisition Advisors
Gain a thorough understanding of Dell’s competitors which will enable an excellent knowledge base to build market intelligence
Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company’s candidate database
Build relationships with business leaders, team members, candidates and professional networks
Gaining market intelligence including an understanding of the talent landscape in targeted geographic regions
Essential Required Skills
Proven experience of direct sourcing recruitment / headhunting
Highly experienced within recruiting and sourcing for technology companies (Hardware, Virtualisation, Security, Networking, Datacenter, Services or Software…)
Knowledge/experience of recruiting/sourcing in the major EMEA countries
You will be enthusiastic, driven and enjoy working in a highly motivated team
Experience of recruiting/ direct sourcing for clients within a RPO organisation or an Executive Search company would be a considerable advantage
You will be passionate about recruitment and technology
