Digital Campaign Specialist
Digital heavily impacts the way we do business. The way consumers behave, how the competitive field is changing and technology that impacts new and existing business models. The Marketing Communications Team is part of driving this change, telling our brand story and communicating with our new and existing customers across various online channels and platforms.
As Digital Campaign Specialist , you will manage TomTom’s advertising efforts in the digital landscape throughout the whole customer decision journey, from brand awareness to performance marketing, across all brand’s business units.
You will work closely with the marketing managers and based on their business objectives you will inform, advice and d evelop new campaigns and optimis e existing campaigns and consumer journeys. Your focus will be on SEA, video , display and social advertising while keeping abreast of the ever-changing digital landscape and ensuring that new channels are taken into consideration.
Here’s a little taste of your challenge:
The Digital Campaign Specialist is centrally responsible for online and offline campaigns, via multiple channels and across all markets . More specifically this will involve:
Establishing yourself as the go-to person in Digital Advertising in terms of strategy, audience selection and campaign set-up/execution . Lead the development of online media strategy and channels mix per country .
Acting as liaison to the Marketing Communications team as subject matter expert for paid search, display and video advertising and social advertising
D eveloping and overseeing digital campaigns acr oss online channels using PPC/ SEM, content, display, and social campaigns together with our Digital/Media agencies and internal Content/Social Media teams
M anaging media plan development for key markets by helping developing data driven media plans and tactics, which deliver business results.
Ongoing r eview, analysis and campaign optimisation to increase response rates, improve KPIs and increase return on investment . Perform analysis to understand customer behavio u r and campaign performance in detail, sharing relevant insights for future marketing efforts .

What do we expect?:
In order to be succesful this is the inkd of profile we have in mind:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field
3+ years’ digital marketing experience (paid) and/or online media buying
Familiarity with ad networks and media buying technology used in the marketplace
Understanding and demonstrated success in brand positioning and direct response across digital channels
Comfortable to move between planning, execution and analysis, able to review performance of campaigns in detail as well as understand correct testing methods to demonstrate media has performed.
Strong written and verbal communication, self-motivated, drive for results, attention to details, analytical, positive and optimistic, self-starter, multi-tasking, attention to detail, deadlines, versatility, creativity, integrity and trust
Great analysis skills (including quantitative analysis) and confidence in making information based decisions
