Between January & October, we will need an additional colleague in our enthusiastic team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the single point of contact for the AMEE Export customers regarding Order to Cash flows (ordering, forecasting, invoicing, etc). Your customers can be either 3rd party distributors or other HEINEKEN OpCos.
You will also manage all supply chain activities making the bridge between your customers and breweries supporting markets with information on finished products, samples and merchandize orders (POS).
Your customer centric attitude will be key to ensure you set the right priorities and secure we deliver On Time, In Full with no errors.
You are someone that constantly looks for ways of improving current ways of working making sure we keep on surprising our customers and keep our position as best in class.
You will work close together with area export managers (AEMs), Trade Marketing, Finance and your counterparts at supplying OpCos so ability to work in a team is crucial.
Your working environment As Customer Service Coordinator, you will make part of the Customer Service & demand management department consisting of 2 CSC and will report to the Customer Service & Demand Manager. Your position is base in Amsterdam. Your direct team consists of 3 enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Coordinators and a Demand & NPI planner.
The AMEE Export team is an enthusiastic and international team so all communication should be in English.
Your Profile The ideal candidate:
• Preferably, has 2-4 years working experience in a commercial/Customer Service environment
• Understands what customer service is and has the ability to create and maintain strong relationships at all levels
• Has excellent communication skills
• Has good reporting skills
• Feels very comfortable working with MS Office programs and preferably has knowledge of SAP
• Is fluent in English (written & spoken) and preferably other languages.
