The Global IT department of HEINEKEN International is driving an Agile Transformation. The transformation is about changing the ways of working and culture within IT and for all business initiatives that are enabled by technology.
The intern provides hands-on support to the team in the organisation of events, the creation of communication materials and in maintaining communication channels.
Note: This internship cannot be combined with a research assignment.
Your working environment Within the Agile Transformation team (15 people) there is a team of 3 people who are responsible for Change Management & Communication. One of these 3 roles is the role of the intern.
The intern reports to the Change & Communication Lead and also works closely with the Communication Specialist within the team.
Your Profile For this role we are looking for:
• Master’s student in a field related to business, communication or psychology
• Experience in student boards/committees is preferred
Also the ideal candidate has:
• Excellent communication skills (in English, both written and verbal)
• Excellent organisation skills
• Hands-on mentality
• Proactive attitude and problem solving skills
• Ability to work fast and effectively
