As a Business change manager – HR Technology you are responsible for shaping and executing the HR technology project roadmap in close collaboration with the various reporting units. Most of the projects will be Workday related and are aimed at optimizing and better utilizing Workday. However, you will also work on projects for other global HR applications..
As a Business change manager – HR Technology you actively support the Global HR Operations community to define and maintain the Global HR Technology roadmap. You support the creation of new business initiatives and the creation of the business case for change, including cost benefit analysis and/or return on investment analysis for new initiatives. You work in collaborative fashion with HR Business Owner and Global HR CoE’s.
About the department
Global HR Operations is responsible for delivering an HR environment (process-technology-data & insights) that enable Aegon employees and managers to deliver on the company’s strategic priorities, fill in people management and achieve personal growth.
The team exists of about 30 people, both internals and externals, spread over three regions (North America, Europe and Asia). Operational excellence, globalization and user experience are key guiding principles within this space.
Requirements As a Business change manager – HR Technology you are able to structure large amounts of information, identify common denominators, create and deliver compelling presentations and persuade people to jump on the bandwagon. Also, you are a motivator and enjoy being the leading person on projects.
Moreover, you have the following qualifications:
University or Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years’ experience with cloud Technology international program management
Strong affinity with the HR function and HR technology
Experienced in effectively managing a complex stakeholder environment
