Business Analyst BEO
This position is based at our headquarters in Venray, the Netherlands and reports directly to Group VP Business Excellence Office. In January 2017, Business Excellence Office (BEO) has been estab lished and Project Dragon has been kicked off globally to support our strategic directions. The Initiatives that are being launched by the BEO office are : 1. Project Dragon: a transformation program that puts focus on the right topics, methodology and approach to balance between long term and short term goals.2. Process Management & Governance: a program to complete, implement and govern business processes in all business value chains at global, regional, plant level through Process House.3. Internal benchmarking through Best Business Practice (BBP) tool to identify and close the gaps between best-in-class and worse-in-class in manufacturing processes.4. Imbed knowledge through our employees in the Inalfa Academy (global learning platform).
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
The business analyst will focus on one of our core business processes. He / She works side by side with both local management teams and stakeholders to provide a broad range of supports to a regional / plant facing financial, and operational challenges. The business analyst will focus on the Process Management & Governance. He / she will help implement and govern business processes in all business value chains at global, regional, plant level through the Process House.
What do we expect from you?
Master degree in business administration, financial management, economics, business economics or other related studies from top university. MBA is a strong plus. About 2-4 years of professional experience in Advisory, Management Consultancy, Business Development.High performer that consistently exceeds expectations.Prior hands-on experience building / developing / overseeing integrated 3-statement financial and cash flow modelsAnalytical, adept at quickly defining, aligning, scaling, and assessing data modeling. Ensures 80/20 approach to rapidly draw conclusions. Skilled and quickly identifying anomalies, inconsistencies, errors and conclusions.Consistent track record of successfully project / change management that achieved desired results, often times exceeding predefined targetsHigh energy style, flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work well in a very fast paced environment. Understanding and the ability to adapt to complex operational environments and situations.Exceptional negotiation skills with complex/sophisticated situations involving senior level stakeholders.A ‘big picture point of view’, recognizing critical areas requiring analysis and review. Quickly structures approaches to solve complex problems. Balanced and flexible, anticipates and changes direction as necessary.Experience with proposal development, strong commercial instincts and interest.Expert written communication skills, self-directed with preparation of ready-to-present document and presentation development.Articulate, persuasive, communicator. Commands the room, handles executive and difficult audiences well. Readily adapts style and message appropriately to audience and circumstance.30% domestic & international travel might be required.
