Functie Manages projects and performs operational tasks to support the implementation of brand and product strategy of one or more complex brands/products of a moderate or large business group. Responsibilities may include monitoring evolution and company products, adjusting programs to meet plans, participate in broad Marketing and country specific programs, lead specific tasks like Article Creation, Rationalization and product life-cycle analysis, supporting quarterly reviews with data collection and analysis. Creation of product specific tools like product presentations and follow-up of daily product related Q&A for Sales team.
Essential tasks and responsibilities:
Working closely together under direction of Senior Global Product Managers and supporting the development of product management strategies and programs;
Supports the implementation, and administration of product management programs, and procedures;
Manages project deliverables, and the coordination of tasks for marketing functional areas, such as marketing operations, market communications, market research, digital media, and other areas;
Cooperates with Marketing Operations, R&D and stakeholders regarding product management issues
Supports quarterly brand/product reviews, and contributes to analysis and review of business and financial information;
Identifies market opportunities for growth and expansion, works to involve stakeholders, and supports to build plans and projects;
Develops relationships with sales representatives, distributors and customers to ensure programs are consistent with their marketing and sales programs;
Support and follow-up on product related questions of customers, sales and other internal stakeholders.
Functie-eisen Experience requirements:
Three to five years of experience in (operational) Product management;
Experience in working for global company/ international environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
Experience in Chemical Industry is advantages but not required
Managing and developing brand/product programs;
Working with cross functional and business relationships;
Project management skills to meet deliverables and objectives;
Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities;
Strong communication skills with business level English language proficiency, both written and oral.
