Impact the world: make a difference
As an Account Manager, you will boost our growth by attracting more shoppers, more buyers and more spend. How? By ensuring the proper execution of sales and marketing initiatives for our total confectionery assortment at shop floor level across airports, border shops, cruises, ferries and in-flight. A complex and challenging agile business environment, in which unique channels, various countries and different customers all come together. You will focus on the accounts with one of our top five Global Retailers in a region that entails 30% of our global retail business (i.e. Europe and Asia-Pacific regions).
Your success will be determined by:
Sharing key customers and market insights with our headquarters, while executing customer agreements on shop floor level.
Handling challenging commercial targets and engaging business partners in our annual activity plans.
Identifying growth opportunities with complementary investment plans, forecasting and trade spend management.

The Associate we are looking for
has a minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management in FMCG.
holds a University business degree.
masters the English language, both verbally and written.
loves travelling around the world (20% of your time).
