Group Corporate Controller
The Group Corporate Controller will
be a key member of the Financial management team and will be responsible for
leading the Finance function. He/she will develop and empower a high
performance team to achieve financial growth and strength as well as setting
the highest professional standards as a benchmark.

The Group Corporate Controller is
expected to provide insightful cost analysis and decision support to our
internal customers on new business proposals and rationalization of existing
customers/products. Communicate financial ramifications of these
decisions by sales channel and cost drivers. Educate cross-functional
teams on financial implications. Develop future business models to allow
the business to understand impact from both current cost and future cost

will prepare and present schedules and analysis. This will include coordinating
with various cross-functional areas to review and understand cost changes,
labor, overhead, sales plans, warehousing, and capital
projects. Understanding and explaining the financial performance of the
BUs, cost changes by sales channel and cost drivers is part of the

Business Units to ensure accurate comparisons between BUs.
Ensure there are appropriate month end close process and procedures
in place resulting in accurate financial statements. Review and improve
month end close process and procedures.
Analyze company’s financial results with respect to profits,
trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc
reports to senior management.
Direct all aspects of accounting operations, oversee all
transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and

Coordinate all relationships with lending/financial institutions.
Develop and maintain all necessary accounting policies and systems,
including general ledger and financial reporting. Ensure that records are

Over 15 years of related experience with progressive management
Proven track record of managing and developing staff.
Proven track record in driving change and cost savings projects.
University degree, RA/CPA qualification preferred.
Good presentation, communication skills and experience in engaging
& presenting to The Board and C-level management. Able to communicate
on all the levels within the company.
