Global Marketing Operations Specialist

For this integration project we would like to offer a challenging and unique opportunity to become a member of the Marketing integration team.
Develop, execute and evaluate a marketing activity plan that informs, incentives and maximizes the revenue we get from each key customer group existing clients, prospects and employees.
Manage and coordinate global and regional marketing campaigns in line with the Integration strategy
Provide all the necessary marketing support materials for Sales, CSAs, Couriers and other workgroups to effectively communicate changes and improvements related to the Integration program
Develop, execute and evaluate customer communication programs that specifically addresses the needs of our key audiences
Manage all marketing agencies, ensuring work produced is of the desired quality, meets the objectives set and is executed within corporate guidelines.

An independent position with responsibilities
Working in an international team with international colleagues
Business school/university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, campaign management and content development
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels
Creative thinker with the ability to recognise improvement opportunities
Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, and track progress
Microsoft Office literate, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication skills in English
