In this role your challenge will be on maximizing order intakes, basically for service contracts and sales in the assigned district West Netherlands. These intakes will be covering both new equipment customers and the installed base
You are responsible for
Responsible for the overall Customer Services (CS) commercial business Promotes and executes the sales of CS solutions together with district sales teams in accordance with the sales strategy
Establish and maintain effective Customer relations in cooperation with the district management and district sales teams
Responsible for sales support activities such as: exhibitions, conferences, customer visits and meetings
Responsible for filling the funnel management tool and systematically analyzing win / loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends
Provide input and feedback on sales strategy and planning to district and regional management
Support the Account Manager in case of point of sale deals
Responsible for maintaining and increasing CS service contracts for Installed Base
Promote and execute the sales of out of warranty contracts
Promote and execute the sales of higher level CS contracts (e.g. silver to gold)
Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner

The team in District West of Philips Health Systems is integrally responsible for sales, installation, training and services of all Philips products and solutions for hospitals in the western part of the Netherlands.
The District West team is a young enthusiastic and entrepreneurial team organized around the customers in order to identify the needs of the customer and match them with the products and services of Philips.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A technical bachelor degree preferably electronics or mechatronics or electronics
At least 4 years of experience in sales and/or field service inside a technical service environment
Fluent in Dutch and English is a must have
Living in the region Amsterdam/Rotterdam/The Hague
